The shortage of human resources in Japan has already become a major social problem, and this trend is expected to become more serious in the future.
In 2022, according to a nationwide survey of companies, 47.7% of companies (28.5% for non-regular employees) felt there was a shortage of full-time employees*.

The shortage of human resources is directly related to the rising cost of labor, and it is not uncommon for workplaces to fall into a “negative spiral” where the shortage of human resources accelerates due to costs. In addition, the shortage of human resources has also created new problems for companies, such as a decline in service quality.

Various data obtained from a variety of sensors, cameras, devices, and other sources are utilized at worksites in fields such as building management, cleaning, and security.
GLOBESHIP's FMDX promotes the integration of such individual sets of data, aiming to provide more efficient and high-value services.
The ability to view multiple data sets on a single platform will enable a more accurate and less expensive form of facility management and operation. New insights generated by seamless data analysis will also be useful in solving social issues such as energy conservation, SDGs, decarbonization, and ZEB.
By linking people, things, equipment, and conditions that respond to changes in the environment with DX content, we can create smart buildings and offices that maximize facility functions, management functions, and user performance. We also conduct surveys at each customer's facility to determine the process and timing of the digital transformation of buildings from the concept of maintenance using sensing technology, and make appropriate proposals.

The Whiz Series is an AI-powered dry vacuum cleaning robot. It can faithfully reproduce the cleaning route once it has been made to memorize it manually, and automatically cleans the floor surface while avoiding people and objects with its sensors.
