    We have established job levels for all employees by rank, management, and job type, and implement training plans that enable employees to acquire the job requirements necessary for each level.
  • Full training on equipment actually in use, conducted at our training center
    Our training center is equipped with a variety of the equipment that is actually in use and in line with the times, enabling students to acquire knowledge about safety management in a practical manner.
  • Distance learning system to enhance knowledge of liberal arts and promote self-development
    We have established a system run at the company's expense to help new employees and those who aspire to management positions develop knowledge necessary as both a member of the workforce as well as a member of the building maintenance field specifically, or their “liberal arts” knowledge, and for those promoted to management positions to acquire management skills.

    Recognizing that “education is an investment, not a cost,” we provide training that empowers employees at all levels to improve their decision-making and executive skills; increasing their work productivity.

  • Distance learningOver 170 courses ranging from certification, business skills, management skills, IT skills, and languages
    We have two systems in place: a company-designated system in which participants are selected and the company pays all the expenses for management courses for managers and courses on labor, finance, legal affairs, and economics, and a self-development system (half subsidized by the company) in which employees learn to improve their own skills in order to acquire qualifications such as electric certification and building certification necessary for practical work.

Training section

We provide practical training using equipment actually installed at job sites. By handling real equipment, trainees develop the ability to apply their skills on the ground, enabling them to smoothly carry out their work.

Practical drills are conducted using actual disaster prevention and fire extinguishing equipment to protect the lives of those in the facility and minimize disaster damage in the event of a disaster.

With a total of over 70 years of experience and know-how, we have developed a unique training curriculum and provide training that leads to immediate results.

To provide high quality work, trainees can systematically learn the characteristics and features of various flooring and carpet materials, as well as the detergents, materials, and equipment required for cleaning, and acquire specialized skills.
