GLOBESHIP's compliance code of conduct defines the standards with which each officer and employee of the GLOBESHIP Group should properly judge and act, with the correct understanding of GLOBESHIP's basic policies (Mission, Vision, and Value), code of conduct, GS WAY, and compliance manual from the perspectives of law, social norms, corporate ethics, and public morals.

  • GLOBESHIP will stand firm against anti-social forces and will never engage with such groups.

2. Our social responsibility

Compliance with rules

  • GLOBESHIP will act honestly based on high ethics and morals, not to mention complying with laws, regulations, social norms, and other rules.

  • GLOBESHIP will properly manage all information obtained in the course of our business in accordance with relevant laws and regulations as well as our own rules.
  • GLOBESHIP will build and maintain the information security environment and protect our customers' information as well as our group information assets from all threats.

  • In terms of information disclosure, GLOBESHIP will not make false reports or hide facts of fraud.
  • GLOBESHIP will properly manage information that needs to be preserved and will not make fraudulent accounting records.
